These Terms set out how you may use our services, what rights you have, and the responsibilities of both parties. al99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be treated as your automatic acceptance of the new Terms.

Eligibility Criteria & Account Registration

Age Restriction: al99 enforces a strict 21+ policy. No person under the age of twenty-one (21) may open or use an account on this platform. This service is available only to those aged 21 or above.

2.1 — Account Opening Eligibility

To open an account at al99, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You are operating the account in your own name and for your own benefit — not on behalf of any other person.
  • You do not have a prior account at al99, and none of your accounts has been closed.
  • All information you provide is true, complete, and accurate.
  • You are not subject to any restrictions related to online gaming in your country or region.

2.2 — Account Security & Responsibility

Keeping your al99 account secure is your own responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below:

  • Never share your password with anyone.
  • Do not allow anyone else to use your account.
  • If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify support immediately.
  • Always log out after using a public or shared device.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. al99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.

2.3 — One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one al99 account. If the same person or the same household opens multiple accounts, al99 reserves the right to suspend or cancel all such accounts, and all pending deposits and bonuses may be forfeited. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will be treated as a violation of this policy.

3.1 — Supported Payment Methods

3.2 — Deposit Conditions

  • All deposits must be made from your own payment account registered under your name.
  • Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.
  • Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
  • If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact support.

3.3 — Withdrawal Conditions

  • Withdrawals will only be processed using the same method used for the deposit.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
  • Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawals may be limited until your account has been verified.
  • In cases of suspicious activity, al99 may temporarily suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
  • Funds linked to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

al99 offers a welcome bonus for new players: a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

  • For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
  • Deposit ৳22,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
  • This bonus applies only once per player.

4.2 — Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must place bets equal to 25 times the bonus amount.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets required before withdrawal. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

  • Bets placed on any game while a bonus is active count toward the wagering calculation.
  • If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred to any other account.

4.3 — Bonus Abuse

al99 takes firm action against bonus fraud or abuse. The following activities will be treated as bonus abuse:

  • Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
  • Placing minimal-risk bets to fulfill wagering requirements.
  • Taking advantage of bonuses through coordinated betting.

If bonus abuse is detected, al99 may immediately cancel the bonus and close the associated account.

Gaming Rules & Code of Conduct

5.1 — Fair Play Policy

al99 is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all players. All our games are protected by SSL encryption and fair play is guaranteed.

  • Game results cannot be manipulated in any way.
  • The outcome of each game is completely independent of previous outcomes.
  • Players may review their game history and transaction details at any time.

5.2 — Prohibited Activities

  • Using any form of cheating or fraudulent technique.
  • Placing bets using software bots or automated methods.
  • Depositing funds from illegal sources into your account.

5.3 — Technical Errors

  • Cashback is calculated based on the actual amount lost.
  • The cashback bonus may have its own wagering requirements.
  • al99 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits and cashback rates at any time.

If an account is closed without just cause, any valid balance will be returned.

9.2 — Closing Your Own Account

You may contact al99 support at any time to request closure of your account. All pending transactions must be completed before the account is closed, and any valid balance will be returned. However, any pending bonus wagering requirements that have not been met will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability & Legal Notice

10.1 — Service Guarantee

10.2 — Governing Law

If you are dissatisfied with any matter, please contact our support team first — we will do our best to resolve all issues amicably.

10.3 — Severability

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that clause will be removed and the remaining terms will continue in full effect. A waiver of any clause will not be considered a waiver of any other clause.
